The Taj West End has 129 rooms, 11 suites. Each guest room is elegantly appointed with central air conditioning, channel music and a colour television with in-house movies. The "Old World Rooms" are located next to the lobby and retain their 100-year old charm with mahogany desks and brass four poster beds.

The hotel has a fully equipped business centre with secretarial service, an office room and a board room. The hotel has a coffee shop, two bars and two restaurants. Other facilities include six meeting/banquet rooms with capacities ranging from 15 to 600 persons
